Perfect for fans of Natasha Lester, Kate Morton, and Lucinda Riley. Libby snuck out of the house, leaving the front door ajar. She ran across the wooden verandah, down the stone steps, past the ute to the very back of the house where she stopped short, gasping. There, at the edge of the rainforest, was a stone archway, shaped as a perfect circle, just like the door that led to the tower. Libby stepped closer, touching it, a little worried it might tumble, but the moss-covered structure stood firm. At its base, a knee-high stone - its edges smoothly cut - was partially covered with leaves and she got to her knees to clear the debris:Always loved.
