The twin brothers Gert and Uwe Tobias are among the most famous graphic artists of their generation. This catalogue presents older and new works, offering the first survey of their unique artists' cosmos in a long time. Gert and Uwe Tobias are known for re-inventing the traditional technique of the woodcut for the present day. The artist duo has also created a multifaceted and multi-layered oeuvre embracing collages, drawings, sculptures, wall paintings and installations, alongside woodcuts.
