Contingency plan helps leaders provide “proper consideration and treatment, the characteristics, the properties, or people” (Mitroff, 2004, p. 19). In conclusion, consulting team found that when a company is faced with the need to activate the organization's MAAE model, the organization seems to find themselves in the reactive mode with no contingency plan or out-of-dated contingency. The book concludes with Discussion Questions accompanied with the author's starting responses.
