Works for Organ Volume Two by American expatriate composer David Francis Urrows presents more of his contributions to organ repertory, including several recently composed works. Arranged in chronological order-starting with three simple Christmas 'interludes' from 1975-this volume includes service, concert, and secular-themed pieces for organ, some composed for manuals only (*). A major attraction for many organists with be the Cadenza for K. 336, the only one of Mozart's Church Sonatas which lacks an authorial cadenza. This volume also presents for the first time A Little Handel Wedding Suite, four movements arranged for marriage (and other) services, including two marches by the great Baroque composer; and the first publication of seven of Urrows' original hymn tunes, with their full texts.
