Wildflower & Whimsical

Some places are broken. Some hearts are, too. When pastry chef Chloe Boone arrives in the charming mountain town of Everglen, Vermont, she's carrying little more than her grandmother's treasured recipe book and a desperate need for a fresh start. The struggling Wildflower Inn and Cafe feels like home the moment she sees it-even if its owner isn't quite as welcoming. Finn O'Malley has spent two years holding his late wife's inn together with determination, worry, and sheer stubbornness. The last thing he needs is an optimistic baker with big ideas, lavender honey scones, and dreams of turning his failing cafe into something magical. But as the aroma of fresh pastries fills the old inn, walls begin to crumble. Between quirky townsfolk, a curious local legend, festival preparations, and a little girl who sees beauty in old things, Chloe and Finn discover that healing often comes from the most unexpected places. As autumn paints the mountains gold and the Wildflower Inn begins to bloom again, they'll have to decide if they're willing to risk their hearts on second chances... and on each other. A heartwarming small-town romance filled with cozy cafes, family recipes, found family, and the magic of starting over, Wildflower and Whimsical is a feel-good story about love, loss, and finding home when you least expect it. Sometimes all it takes is a recipe, a little hope... and someone willing to believe in new beginnings.
