The Vegetables Chef, Frank Fol (We're Smart® World), developed recipes featuring market-fresh fruit and vegetables for every season. For his creations, he worked with local produce of the highest quality and partners who are always looking for that little bit extra. The result is a book featuring extraordinary flavour combinations. Inspired by his recipes, Ilse de Vis (Wild Moon Ceramics) created the handmade ceramic tableware for these dishes, tastefully photographed by Wim Demessemaekers (The Soul Food Photographer). Frank and Ilse have worked together as a strong team for many years; this 'wild&' cookbook is just one of their collaborations. Their culinary television programme, 'Z-Mastercooks', is one of the most frequently watched programmes on the Belgian television channel, Kanaal Z.
