who were you, before the world told you to be

Who Were You Before the World Told You Who to Be?Somewhere between the person you were born as and the person you became, something was lost. This book goes looking for it. They got to you early. Family. Culture. Fear. They handed you a life and called it yours. You accepted it. Of course you did. What choice did a child have? But you're not a child anymore - and the cage still fits perfectly. That's the part that should disturb you. This isn't a self-help book telling you to think positive or wake up at 5am. It's a reckoning. A forensic examination of how the world got inside your head. This book doesn't comfort you. This is not about reinvention. Not a new you. The original one. The one that existed before the world made its edits.Read it and you cannot unknow what it shows you. That's the point. That's the warning. That's the invitation.
