Former Military Intelligence Officer of UNAMIR Force Commander General Romeo Dallaire in Rwanda1994 before and during the genocide. Former OAU Military Observer Army Officer graduated in Morocco, France and USA Advanced Military Academies and Universities. Specialized in Battlefield Information Technology, Intelligence and Combat Operations. Later on became Investigator and Witness Protection Coordinator for the Prosecutor's Office of the International Tribunal for Rwanda. Became UN Advisor in Humanitarian Crisis areas with High Commissioner for Refugees, Human Rights Geneva, Peace Keeping Operations and other programs especially in Rwanda, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo, Ethiopia, Angola, Haiti, Kosovo Emergency Response, Albania and many other investigative missions in Europe and throughout Africa. He is member of ASIS International (Worldwide Protection Professionals) and currently involved in Security Operations Management in the Alberta Oil Sands.
