I'm on this adventure just as you may be right now or contemplating it in the future. This book is a collection of posts I wrote for a blog that I started a few years ago. When I had a light bulb moment, I wrote about it. One reason for this is that the weight loss or weight fitness journey is a lonely one no matter how many groups you belong to. Everyone has a slightly different path to travel. One weight loss plan works for me, but another one may work better for you. Never give up. You may need to revise some things because exercising has challenges which preclude walking the 8 to 10,000 steps you're accustomed to walking. Joints problems may restrict other types of movement but never give up movement of some type.
