The pragmatic approach to differentiation from the author's perspective results in the subdivision of Pre-vocational Education and Vocational Education. Naturally, there are central terms that shape the discourse. The available specialist literature facilitates subject-specific communication. This vocational pedagogy deals with the classical influence in the German-speaking world. For the author, with his educational biography, it is a priority to address the field of vocational and business pedagogy as fundamental knowledge. Reference is made to the specialist literature and references. Basic knowledge/core knowledge/key knowledge of Pre-vocational Education and Vocational Education is considered essential for educational and vocational counseling.
