A twisted tale of sadistic Sorcerers and the monsters they create unfolds in a city known only as “the Hole,” where a clan of Sorcerers abducts people to use as guinea pigs for brutal experiments. Nikaido and Caiman, a man with a reptile head who suffers from amnesia, join forces to hunt down En, the head Sorcerer, and to erase the spell haunting Nikaido. Their goal is to kill the Sorcerers and end the terror, even as a war brews between two worlds when En sends cleaners into the Hole after learning of a lizard-man slaughter.

Caiman devises a daring ruse to infiltrate En’s mansion, posing as Tanba’s wife in a meat-pie competition to reach the crime lord’s darkest corners. The memory-curse from a contract forced upon Nikaido threatens to erase her recollection of Caiman just as he closes in. Meanwhile, the Professor and his friends escape En’s dungeon with help from a surprising ally from the Professor’s past. And in a distant town, the enigmatic Risu continues his own investigation, tracing the Cross-Eye hideout.
