Viktor Frankl and putting his ideas into practice: during marriage preparation

The idea of devoting oneself to another person whilst remaining happy oneself forms the basis of the marriage preparation seminars I run together with my husband. In these uncertain and fleeting times, it is important to me to encourage young people to embrace marriage and to discover the joy of being together. However, I also see it as a challenge to support couples in the best possible way. Experiencing marriage as a source of strength and linking this to Viktor Frankl's view of humanity is very important to me. Why do we do this? We do not want to lecture, teach or instruct. We want to talk about LOVE as a source of strength on an equal footing. What we hope for: that we learn from one another and that the couples go home feeling encouraged and full of anticipation. What we want to convey: inspiration and ideas for a happy and fulfilling relationship.
