Tuff Guac I Want It Too (LP)

Tuff Guac's I Want It Too is a garage rock 'n roll album released in 2025 by Belly Button Records, the Antwerp-based label known for its raw, fuzz-driven sound. As a solo project of Rafael Valles Hilario, who handles all writing, playing, recording, and mixing, the LP captures a spontaneous energy rooted in lo-fi punk aesthetics, evoking the gritty integrity of small-label releases. It channels the skewed pop and psych-out vibes from earlier works, blending frenetic drums, swirling guitar distortion, and a louche 50s/60s hotrod spirit into chaotic yet catchy garage rock 'n roll. The album embodies the no-bloat ethos of Belly Button Records, prioritizing unpolished authenticity over commercial polish, much like Valles Hilario's previous guacamole-green vinyl outings. With its morning-recorded crunch and vertigo-inducing riffs, I Want It Too delivers a high-energy ride through distorted psychedelia and bluesy trots, appealing to fans of underground fuzz and integrity-driven music scenes in Antwerp and beyond.
