Trilogy of the Forgotten Silence Voice

THE VOICE OF THE FORGOTTEN SILENCE A lyrical novel of art, memory, and forbidden love set in postwar Barcelona. Barcelona, 1951. Under Franco's shadow, young art student Ramiro Martín discovers a hidden mural carrying the spectral legacy of Clara Montalbán-an artist silenced too soon. Every brushstroke becomes both evidence and defiance, awakening a secret past buried in the walls of a grieving city. In Senyora Lola's seamstress workshop, Luisa and Raquel's quiet friendship unfolds into a love that must remain invisible to survive. Meanwhile, Pablo, the father, carries the scars of war and the courage of those who refuse to forget. Through these intertwined voices, The Voice of the Forgotten Silence evokes a Barcelona suspended between fear and rebellion-a place where silence protects but also suffocates, and where desire dares to whisper beneath repression. Blending lyrical prose and emotional precision, this novel is a journey through family, resilience, and the persistence of hope. Perfect for readers of literary historical fiction, LGBTQ+ love stories, and novels of art and resistance, it recalls the emotional depth of Isabel Allende and the quiet intensity of Sarah Waters. Because not all silences are surrender - some are survival.
