Trial by media is very old concept. The general public gets influenced by media very easily resulting in shaping the wrong opinion of the matter. As a result of which the innocent is also presumed guilty. Now, if we talk about the jury or our judicial system, media leaves no chance of poking the nose in the matter of court. As in the history of our judicial system there was a leading case of K.M.Nanavati on which the movie Rustom was made. It is an example which proved the fact that media interferes with the proceedings of the case.So it is concluded that freedom of speech should not be misused for fair trail and justice.
