Treatise on Social Security

This volume of the "Treatise on Social Security" is organized into four main parts:- A historical and general section presenting the foundations of social security,- A section on the various branches of social security (health, family, retirement, etc.), detailing their mechanisms, and a section on the organization and financing of the socialsecurity system , including contributions and administrative agencies.- A section discussing the organization, financing, and administrative institutions of the general social security system in the DRC , providing an overview of the various funds and agencies (Family Allowances, Health Insurance, Pension Insurance, etc.), as well as the monitoring and collection of social security contributions.- A section that concludes by discussing occupational medicine and its main responsibilities .- Occupational health and safety in the workplace, and employers' obligations regarding health and safety.
