Toward a New Paradigm Beyond Cram Style AI Education

In an era increasingly shaped by generative artificial intelligence, Toward a New Paradigm Beyond Cram-Style AI Education challenges the dominance of prompt-based instruction and reclaims the centrality of writing, dialogue, and humanistic thinking. Drawing from classroom research, student reflections, and co-creative workshops, this monograph proposes a transformative vision of education-one that sees AI not as a shortcut to efficiency but as a catalyst for deeper inquiry, aesthetic judgment, and ethical reflection. Hao-Chiang Koong Lin calls for an educational future rooted in expression, not command; in collaboration, not automation. A timely and necessary contribution, this work invites educators, artists, and technologists to reimagine what it means to learn, teach, and create alongside intelligent machines.
