To The Littles

For several years we have witnessed the effects that "electronics" pose for youth in our society. They have become an instant go-to for babysitting and an escape for the adolescent. While there are positive aspects and wonderful opportunities for learning, we ALL still need human interaction. In a culture where children struggle with expressing their emotions, it's important that we surround them with a loving environment so they can better communicate their needs, wants, desires and concerns. In this book of rhythmic wording, I hope every child discovers the goodness of life and the simple treasures of family, friendship, and imagination. I hope they aspire to develop attributes of character such as courage, kindness, gratitude and respect. I hope they can build solid foundations in early life that increase their faith, creativity, and self-worth. The purpose of this book is for the family to spend a few moments reading together, whether it be moms, dads, aunts, uncles or grandparents. To help cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere for children to thrive, grow and reach their full potential. For teachers to share during story time, challenging kids to explore their imaginations. Life gives us so many incredible opportunities to make lasting and meaningful memories just by doing simple things. Sometimes, all we need to do is keep everything simple.
