Low back pain (LBP) is neither a disease nor a diagnostic entity of any sort but a heterogeneous disorder with dominant pain below the costal margin and above the inferior gluteal folds. Structural changes of thoracic kyphosis may affect the orientation of lumbar lordosis and pelvis.This study concluded that Thoracic Mobilization with exercises along with Conservative Intervention is more effective than only the Conservative Intervention in terms of improving function, when given to patients suffering from chronic low back pain.Thoracic Mobilization with exercises along with Conservative Intervention is as effective as Conservative Intervention on pain domain in the patients suffering from chronic low back pain.
