Theoretical considerations on the occupational qualities of traits

This article deals with the results of a sectorial project, related to the evaluation of the quality of labor training from a conception of producers, through the formation of values and their contextualization in the labor qualities of the personality traits in the Agronomy career, as part of the integral formation of university students. The paper provides elements on the conception of values formation, which are hierarchized as the core of labor formation and its contextualization in the labor qualities and personality traits in the Agronomy career. Theoretical considerations are offered on the formation of values and their contextualization through the labor qualities of personality traits in university students of Agronomy, which contain: dimensions, sub-dimensions, labor qualities and personality traits to be used in them, in order to contribute to raise the quality of the formative process in Higher Education.
