We are living through the early stages of a historic systemic collision: the rise of automation and disrupted value chains clashes with a structurally inflationary financial system weighed down by perpetual sovereign debt and unprecedented monetary creation. This imminent shock threatens traditional emerging economies, but it also traces the most audacious states a path toward reclaiming their sovereignty and true liberty, offering opportunities that surpass even those of the Industrial Revolution. This work is a manifesto of metamorphosis. It does not merely analyze the crisis; it reveals how to transform this imminent peril into a lever for sovereignty. Through the Yaoundé Protocol, the author proposes operational mechanisms and concrete strategies adapted to the 21st century to build a new era of prosperity for Cameroon, and to actively assist the emerging African continent in fully realizing its potential. This is the charter for a New Economic Order (NEO).
