The Williamsburg Escape

Uncover the Secrets of the PastIn The Porch, we met young Natalie, a ten-year-old with big dreams of becoming an oncology nurse, playing on the porch of her family's stately home. By the time we said goodbye, she was unearthing family mysteries and hunting for hidden safes. Now, the journey continues-and the stakes are more personal than ever.A Legacy in an Old TrunkIn The Williamsburg Escape, Natalie is no longer pretending; she's a driven nursing resident facing the rigors of medical school. But her focus shifts when she discovers a forgotten trunk that belonged to her great-great-grandmother, Jewell. Overflowing with vintage clothing, weathered journals, and intimate trinkets, the trunk ignites a fire in Natalie to understand the woman behind the heirlooms. Two Women, One SpiritThe trail leads Natalie to Williamsburg, Virginia, where she encounters Claire, a distant relative and a kindred spirit. Claire is a "spunky" Quaker from the historic Skimino community, and the two women share a connection that transcends generations. But will the secrets they uncover change their understanding of the past forever?
