the Tao of Dragon: Awareness, Alignment, and Dragon Codex for Modern Life

What if the power you've been trying to control was never meant to be controlled? What if it was meant to be understood... and partnered with?In The Tao of the Dragon, Randall H. Scott blends personal experience, ancient philosophy, and modern insight into a powerful exploration of what he calls dragon energy-a force that exists within every person and every system, shaping how we think, feel, act, and relate. This journey begins with a life-changing encounter in the Sacred Valley of Peru, where two dragons-a black dragon and a white dragon-appear during a plant medicine ceremony and deliver a message that would take years to understand. What unfolds from that moment becomes a deeper exploration of awareness, energy, and the patterns that govern our lives.Through what emerges as the Dragon Codex, you will begin to see: - Why suppressing your energy creates distortion-and why unchecked expression leads to chaos- How awareness always precedes effective action- Why patterns-not intentions-determine your results- How your responses reinforce the reality you experience- How to navigate relationships and systems without forcing control- What it means to live in alignment rather than constantly trying to "fix" yourselfBlending elements of Taoism, systems thinking, and lived experience, this book moves beyond self-help and into something deeper: a shift in how you see. This is not about becoming someone else. It's about recognizing what is already present-and learning how to engage with it clearly. As the journey unfolds, the idea of a path begins to dissolve, revealing a more direct way of moving through life-one that is grounded, responsive, and free from the need to arrive somewhere else. This is not a book you simply read. It's a way of seeing. And once you see it, you won't unsee it.
