The respiratory system is constantly exposed to dust, pollution, and microorganisms present in the air. In contact with an increasingly polluted environment, it is hardly surprising that the population frequently suffers from conditions such as sinusitis or asthma. Depending on their properties, herbal remedies aim to protect the ears and respiratory system (sinuses, nose, throat, bronchi), as well as the eyes, by fighting infections, clearing mucus, and relieving inflammation or allergies. Coughing is a reaction generally allowing secretions accumulated in the bronchi to be expelled. Remedies are adapted to the various types of coughs, which must first be identified. Dry and irritating coughs take a long time to heal. Chesty and bronchial coughs generate white, yellow, or green phlegm or secretions. Bronchitis is due to inflammation of the bronchial mucosa. It causes a bronchial cough, breathing difficulties and fever.
