The Spirit-Led Family

The Spirit and the Family helps parents teach children about the Holy Spirit, fostering Spirit-led homes rooted in salvation, growth, guidance, faith, and love. What does the Holy Spirit have to do with family life? How does an understanding of his active presence transform your home and the way you disciple your children? If you struggle with answering these questions, you are not alone. Every family needs the help the Holy Spirit provides and yet we don’t really know how to relate to the Holy Spirit and are unsure how to teach our children who the Holy Spirit is—the Helper and Counselor, the mighty wind of God. Marty Machowski helps parents become more deeply acquainted with the work of the Spirit so they can lead their children to understand his role in salvation, spiritual growth, and daily guidance. Families can experience his power in their daily lives, fostering a deeper connection with God and cultivating a home environment rooted in faith and love. Addressing the common challenge of teaching children about the person and work of the Holy Spirit, the book provides practical tools such as Bible memory verses, action steps, and relatable stories that help families experience God’s presence together. It also encourages parents to model Spirit-led living, equipping children to see and embrace a dynamic, personal relationship with God.
