the Role of School Manager in Implementation Active Methodologies: a Vocational Education Institution

This book is the result of research aimed at understanding the role of school managers in implementing active learning methodologies. The interviewees were drawn from a vocational education institution whose pedagogical approach emphasized the importance of participatory methodologies based on real-life work situations. These methodologies involved case studies, research, problem solving, projects, and other strategies. In accordance with the proposal, it is recommended that students be actively involved. According to certain scholars in the field of education, the school manager must demonstrate the ability to persuade individuals to voluntarily commit to achieving objectives while fostering intrinsic motivation. Drawing upon the contributions of seminal educational theorists, the research investigates aspects of school management that support mediators employing active methodologies within the school environment.
