The Resort

Paradise scaled. Appetite perfected.Bathory Farm Stay was never just a farm. Now it's not just a stay. The sign at the gate still reads the same. The sunsets are still golden. But the humble family retreat on the Far North Queensland coast has grown - new staff, new villas climbing the hillside, a private table for guests who don't appear on any booking system. The kind of guests whose faces the world would recognize, if the world were ever allowed to know they were here. They come for the same thing every Bathory guest has always come for. They just have the money to ask for more of it.Anne is keeping count. She has been for years. But the circle at Bathory has never been this wide, the appetite never this efficient, and the men who think they own the door have never been this dangerous to say no to.Some places feed you. This one learned how to feed on an entirely different scale - and it's not done growing.
