The Ranch House

When twelve coworkers are sent to a rundown ranch for team building, they think they're competing for a promotion. They don't know they're actually competing for forty million dollars and a property they'll have to renovate together. But the real prize isn't the house or the money it's each other. At the heart of it all is Tom "Pops" Sullivan, a 71 year-old maintenance worker who's lost everything but refuses to lose hope. His journey from broke and broken-hearted to beloved grandfather figure of an unlikely family will make you believe in second chances. The Ranch House is about what happens when strangers become partners, when competition gives way to collaboration, and when twelve people discover that building something together is better than winning alone.
