Jane's life was supposed to go very different. She was never sure what she wanted to be, but she never planned on spending her twenties behind the bar at a cornerstone of the music scene in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. A born outsider and estranged from her own father, Jane found herself in a new town she didn't know. She had plans for pretty normal things, like a job she didn't hate and maybe marriage with the perfect guy-later. It was only supposed to be a year of her life, waiting to start the future she always wanted. As the years tick by, Jane finds her life going in very different directions, experiencing firsthand that life really is what happens while you're busy making plans...The Quicksilver Club is not just about the surprises Jane faces and unique musical avenues of the '90s.
