The Patchwork Girl

A poetic illustrated book about trying to be everything for everyone and finally choosing to be yourself. This is not a children's book. It only looks like one, because it's written for your inner child. The Patchwork Girl is for anyone old enough to have felt they didn't fit in. For those who trimmed their edges, dimmed their brightness, or shapeshifted just to belong.Told through illustrated storytelling and visual poetry, the book follows a girl pieced together from many selves each representing a part of who she truly is. As she journeys onward, she unravels the masks she wears and begins the quiet work of integration, healing, and return. This is a story of self-integration.A reclaiming. A gentle rebellion stitched in colour and courage.Whimsical, cheeky, and emotionally honest, The Patchwork Girl is a love letter to those piecing themselves back together and a soft but firm nudge toward living unapologetically whole.
