The Order at War: Power of Artefacts

Good Versus Evil Artefact against artefact Will evil win? Will good disappear from the Earth? The Order was formed a millennium ago to protect those suffering from oppression while collecting numerous artefacts as their reward. But the Order is in peril. The League, their adversary, has amassed numerous artefacts to defeat the Order. To survive they must travel to the past to acquire the most powerful artefact of them all. Should they fail, the League will annihilate them and gain untold wealth and power. They face death daily in an inhospitable past and are beset with hardships. They must confront the Roman army and others who consider humans disposable. To compound their troubles, a witch of immense power painfully haunts their existence. On their return to the present, an adversary unexpectedly arrives with them. He is astounded by what he sees yet has a substantial role to play. They travel to the Faroe Islands to determine who the victors will be, the Order or the League. While the artefacts wage war, the humans fight to the death.
