What ultimately pushed me to publish came from a specific phase I was going through, one that made me stop and really reflect on the difference between living and merely existing. I found myself asking how I could actually take part in the reality around me, rather than simply passing through it.That reflection became a kind of quiet motivation: a desire to contribute something real, to help build the world we all share, instead of just observing it from a distance. Writing this Book became my way of turning that intention into something tangible.My Book, The Onyx, follows four people who work inside the same institution and slowly begin to realize that nothing around them is quite what it seems.What inspired the story came from something much simpler and more personal: everyday life.We walk past institutions, buildings, and facades every single day-places we trust, places we assume we understand-but we rarely know what actually happens inside them when no one is watching, who truly founded them, or why they really exist.There's a whole layer of reality we brush past without ever questioning it.That gap between what we see and what actually exists became the seed of the Book.I wanted to explore that quiet, unsettling feeling-the moment you realize the world you thought you understood has another layer underneath it, one that was there all along, hidden in plain sight.Mystery, in this sense, isn't just about solving a puzzle; it's about the doubt itself, the discomfort of not knowing, and the fear that comes when you finally do.
