The Natural Hiker

I wrote this book by request to share experiences of a friend in hopes to promote you to explore nature and experience all you can. It is an adventure of exploring oneself. Allow your mind, body and soul the feeling of being open and free. You can experience new sensations, while at the same time becoming calm and relaxed in new ways. Each outing is a different adventure for your mind and body. You allow yourself to feel and hear all the environment has, the temperature, sounds, emotions, breezes, suns warmth and most of all the carefree freedom of expression. You will create your own experience and journey of a new freedom. This book is to share a few of his adventures and at the same time give you some ideas for your new experiences. As you read through and get a few new ideas hopefully have a laugh or just tune in and relate to the journey.
