The Leadership Manual is for every Prophet who has ever looked at a leadership role and thought, "Surely this comes with a handbook." This book is here to help you lead the Grotto without making every meeting feel like a test, every committee feel like a mystery, or every announcement feel like a surprise everyone else had already heard about. Inside, you'll find practical guidance on leading people, organizing plans, handling responsibilities, and keeping things moving when the room has three opinions and nobody brought the snacks.
