The Heaven Question: What People Really Believe About When No One Is Listening

What do you actually believe happens when you die?Not what your religion teaches. Not what you're supposed to say at funerals. Not the comforting phrases we repeat to each other. What do you really believe-when no one is listening? After a simple but devastating question from a dying friend- "Do you actually believe I'm going to heaven?"- Shehzad Amlani realized he didn't have an honest answer. So he spent two years asking over 200 people the same question.Priests. Imams. Atheists. Hospice nurses. Dying patients. Grieving families. Children. What he found wasn't certainty. It was something far more human.People who believed deeply-but questioned privately. People who doubted publicly-but hoped quietly. People who carried both faith and uncertainty at the same time. The Heaven Question is not a book about proving what happens after death. It's a book about what we say, what we hide, and what we actually believe when it matters most. For anyone who has ever stood at a funeral and wondered if the words being spoken were true then this book is for you.
