THE FORMULA: From Transformation to Sustainable Legacy

What if the strongest proof of leadership is what continues after the leader is gone? THE FORMULA is not another book about slogans, motivational speeches, or values placed on a wall. It is the story of what happens when people, leadership, attitude, communication, prevention, teamwork, belonging, accountability, care, and service begin working together as one culture. Jorge J. Croda shares lessons from a real-world transformation in which a struggling operation was rebuilt from the inside out-not by focusing only on the visible problems, but by understanding the roots: people, behaviors, expectations, systems, trust, and culture. The results became visible. But the most important result came later: I LEFT. THE CULTURE DIDN'T. The culture had become bigger than the leader who started it. Inside THE FORMULA, you will discover why sustainable transformation begins with people and how simple principles can become daily behaviors: HIRE FOR ATTITUDE. TRAIN FOR APTITUDE. DEVELOP FOR POTENTIAL. BUILD FOR BELONGING. You will explore how leaders can care for their people while maintaining clear expectations and accountability; how constructive attitudes can spread through a team; how belonging creates ownership; how communication builds trust; and how people who feel valued can become more committed to caring for their work, their teammates, and those they serve. At the heart of the book is a simple idea: I CARE FOR YOU. YOU CARE FOR THE WORK. WE CARE FOR EACH OTHER. TOGETHER, WE CARE FOR THOSE WE SERVE. This is not culture for culture's sake. It is about building an environment where people can grow, service can improve, trust can strengthen, results can become more consistent, and the culture can continue beyond any one person. Because the real legacy of a leader is not creating followers who need them. It is developing people, leaders, and systems capable of continuing after they are gone. BUILD IT. LIVE IT. TEACH IT. SUSTAIN IT. PASS IT FORWARD. The question is no longer whether culture matters. The question is: HOW DO WE BUILD THIS HERE?
