The First Book of Adam and Eve: Final Expanded Long Edition — Volume 2 (with Full Verse-by-Verse Commentary)

The exile deepens - and the enemy will not let them rest. In this second volume of the ancient First Book of Adam and Eve, the first man and woman press on through their long night outside Eden, and Satan comes against them again and again, cloaked in false light and fair promises: as a shining vision, as the rising sun they nearly mistake for God, and at last as the cursed serpent that rises against them in mortal combat. Driven to the very edge of despair, Adam and Eve even lay down their lives in grief - and again the Word of God raises them up. Yet through the darkness, mercy breaks through: here are the earliest whispers of a coming Redeemer, the reason night and day were made, and the promise that no assault of the enemy can undo what God has purposed to save. This Final Expanded Long Edition presents the ancient text in full, verse by verse, paired with rich, accessible commentary that opens its prophecies, its symbols, and its threads that run straight to Christ. Volume 2 covers Chapters 13-24: Satan's deceptions, the serpent's assault, and the mercy that meets Adam and Eve at their lowest.
