the Fire That Forges: For afflictions we have suffered, compensate us

The fire didn't come for you by accident. It called your name. The Fire That Forges isn't written to you. It's written from inside you.Rito Mkhabela doesn't offer hope wrapped in pretty paper. He hands you the prayer you were too shattered to say out loud: "For the afflictions we have suffered, compensate us. Give us gladness in proportion to our former misery. Replace the years of adversity with favor."This book is for the ones who buried pieces of themselves and called it maturity. For the ones who learned to smile while the heat peeled their skin. You won't be rescued from the furnace here. You'll be shown what the furnace is making. It won't tell you to "move on", it will ask you to stay. To burn. To be reduced until only what cannot be destroyed remains.Because some gold only reveals itself after everything else turns to ash. And what the fire leaves behind, God intends to repay. So I'll ask you once, and I won't soften it: if God is not done burning you yet... are you willing to become what the fire sees?
