As women, we are taught to be strong. We carry our families, our work,our responsibilities-and we rarely let anyone see us bendingunderweight. We don't always tell others when we're hurting. Weassume we can handle everything, because that's what strength lookslike.But cancer has a way of changing that. It forces you to face your limits.It strips away the illusion that you can do it all alone. And in thatbreaking, I discovered something surprising: real strength isn't insilence-it's in sharing.I decided to write this book as part of my own healing. Putting words onmy journey allows me to release the pain, the fear, and to hold onto thelessons and moments of grace I found along the way.
