The Field of Management Science

The immersion initiative organized by MM FEB UPI YAI Jakarta, Indonesia, aims to deepen tacit knowledge and promote the understanding of management science through direct interaction with businesses at a Singapore exhibition, alongside a thorough examination of the strategic operations of Singapore's postal service. This study primarily focuses on the development and enhancement of business strategies employed by firms as they navigate the challenges posed by globalization. By conducting observational studies and case analyses with experts in strategic management, the program seeks to cultivate a mindset conducive to innovation and generate valuable insights into the progression of strategic management practices. The anticipated results of this initiative are to provide postgraduate students with fresh perspectives on management and leadership, thereby aiding their aspirations for the advancement of international corporations in the wake of this collaborative educational experience. Future iterations of the program should prioritize the improvement of business development and global sales strategies, capitalizing on the latest technological innovations.
