Bol This work addresses the analysis of questions about the educational dimension of work and its organization and management processes by the workers themselves. Its aim is to understand how knowledge and pedagogical processes, from the perspective of educational praxis, constitute elements of a new work culture in the organizational and management processes at the Associação das Bordadeiras do Seridó (ABS) / Caicó-RN. The study reveals that the educational processes of learning and building knowledge, in and through work, develop in networks of exchanges of experiences in the space of a solidarity-based economic enterprise. It focuses on categories that correspond to the current configuration of work in flexible capitalism: commissioning and home-based work. Another important category is embroidery time: time and experience at the heart of the professional self and its representation of craft/profession knowledge. In conclusion, the artisan activity of embroidery, in relation to the ABS case study, is perceived as a profession, a source of informal income - where there is no job available - and as a transitory activity while studying, home-based work and "flexible work".
