The Color of Blood

"This time, she turned her head and held her breath to behold the truth she didn't want to believe-to behold the person behind the voice.""Pain was all he felt anymore. And all he wanted was it to go away."Within the safe confines of the sleepy university town of Palm Gate, Florida, two academics author a terrifying research publication. They conclude that human history is explained, plagued by one devious specter hidden within the ancient structure of our genetic code. Genetic profiles of an oppressor population, known as chrome-plus, are living among us, and their unrelenting animus can never be other than it is, so long as they live. While two independent minded academics race to cast doubt on the study, to quell the unrest and damage done to their beloved community, one unstoppable murderous force is wreaking havoc to silence all opposition. Will they be heard before the whole world comes to believe?
