This is the third book in the trilogy, set in the 22nd century. The assassination of the Queen of England or of the P M of Israel, the attempted assassination of the Russian president, but no warfare. Many rivers and ocean foreshores were restored. North Korea's isolationism as an autarky curtailed. Governments removed for not complying with the protocols of The Agreement. These events are facilitated by recognition of the need to coalesce. This story encapsulates the power of an international community, including each of the largest economies, accepting the need for a regulated environment to ensure planet earth can sustainably provide for all earthlings. The individuals we meet are exceptional. The most significant change is the refusal to permit nationalistic militarization.
