Ted Staples, Account Manager

Ted Staples has a business degree, one navy suit, and exactly enough confidence to become dangerous. When Ted lands his first account-management job at Circlara, he expects client strategy, polished meetings, and a rapid ascent through corporate life. Instead, he finds broken workflows, mysterious software, office politics, a staple-gun incident, and clients who would prefer that someone simply fix the problem. As Ted navigates chaotic accounts, awkward friendships, bad advice, and the competing voices in his own head, he slowly discovers that being useful matters more than sounding important-and that growing into the job may require becoming a different kind of ambitious. Warm, sharply observed, and painfully familiar, *Ted Staples, Account Manager* is a workplace comedy about first jobs, bad instincts, and learning how to function in an office without becoming insufferable.
