Tales from the Hickory and Hawthorn Tavern

When Mira Hannely is viciously infected in the Wood of Morrigan and ultimately saved by her attacker, she does not believe she will ever cross paths with him again. But when she finds herself the new barkeep for the Hickory and Hawthorn Tavern, it is fate that has her face-to-face with Faolan, a man who is made of only tender kindness and feels indebted to her after lycanthropy takes her position as a Healing Mage, her family bonds, and home. >In this origin novel to Westmorrow's main titles, a fated bond of romance that follows Mira and Faolan through tolerance, friendship, hatred, and ultimately hesitant love, leaves readers relishing in the slow burn that is their tumultuous back story. Set in their village tucked away from the Royals and centering around many candlelit, bourbon drenched nights at Hickory and Hawthorn, this origin novel will leave readers with a deeper adoration for two beloved characters and is enjoyed best after Moonborn, before Sea Tied.
