Synthesizing China and the West

The Academic Library of the Chinese National Academy of Arts: Synthesizing China and the West - Wang Zheng's Design Thought primarily describes how Wang Zheng identified design tasks in daily life, systematically considered the natural and humanistic factors related to design, and either adopted traditional techniques or boldly incorporated new Western technologies to replicate and create over a hundred types of military and civilian devices. By examining Wang Zheng's personal values, technical abilities, design procedures and methods, and social influence, this book summarizes the general paradigms, common objectives, and universally significant design culture of ancient design practice.¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿·¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿·¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
