Surrendering Ace

I stole thirty years of my uncle's secrets. Then I stole a fake name and a job pouring beer at the end of a Montana highway. The Dead Horse Saloon was supposed to be nowhere. Six days of bad pours and a gun strapped to my ankle, and nobody looks twice at a woman who keeps her back to the wall.He looked twice on the first night.Ace Norcott is the Vice President of the Canyon Vipers, six and a half feet of scar tissue and patience, and he doesn't ask questions so much as wait for you to run out of lies. He cornered me in his own stockroom. Took my gun off my leg like he was picking up something I'd dropped. Told me I had two choices and then gave me neither. Now there are bars on the windows and a deadbolt between me and the highway, and the man who put them there brings me breakfast and calls me by the name my father gave me.My uncle is sending men. Actual men, with actual resources, and they will take this town apart board by board to drag me home.Ace already knows. He's counting the roads in.Surrendering Ace is a full-length, open-door dark MC romance with captive/captor dynamics, a morally grey anti-hero who does not have a soft middle, and a guaranteed HEA. Standalone in a connected world.
