The complexity of modern industrial production systems gives rise to a large number of variables originating from various pieces of equipment. It is therefore necessary to consolidate these variables in order to better manage them through a supervisory control system. To this end, our research has led to the creation of a SCADA supervisory control platform for the brick production line at the BIR MCHERGA Brick Factory. The SCADA supervision platform supports all equipment connected via an Ethernet network. Using WinCC software, we created graphical views of the facilities that enable dynamic visualization of inputs and outputs as well as configuration of the systems. Finally, we configured alarms to alert operators to any abnormal system behavior, thereby facilitating the monitoring and supervision process.
