Fusarium head blight is a dreaded fungal disease that affects cereal crops and occurs worldwide. It can lead to yield losses and contamination of the grains with various mycotoxins. The objective of this study is to investigate Fusarium head blight in barley, which was recently observed in Tunisia, by isolating and identifying the pathogen responsible and evaluating barley's susceptibility to this disease.
