Bol In general, it is worth emphasizing the importance of health services in improving the health of populations, particularly in developing countries where economic, physical, and social barriers exist. It should be noted that the use of health services can lead to improved well-being and health among populations. This can only occur under two conditions: that the services offered are effective, and that the population makes rational use of them. Currently, the rate of vaccination service utilization in the urban-rural health zone of Bandundu is low, at 20%, and similarly low at the national level in the DRC. It is within this context that this study was conducted to answer the fundamental question: What factors determine early dropout and non-compliance with the vaccination schedule of the Expanded Program on Immunization in the Bandundu Urban-Rural Health Zone? To achieve this, a household survey was conducted among 267 households spread across 5 health areas. The data were entered into SPSS before being transferred to logistic regression software for factor analysis.
